Your Drakiri has a huge improvement on two abilities chosen by the owner, while the rest take a penalty. For the activities they are good at, they can potentially double the outcome. For the ones they aren't good at, they have a chance to fail the activity or bring back half loot. If a Drakiri does the same activity too many times, however, they can gain a Burnout debuf that appears in a few tiers.
