Allows customization of tail position on a Drakiri's import sheet
Modified tails must be recognizable as the tail type in the Drakiri's geno and cannot be mistaken for a different tail type
Also allows for the transfer of tails of the same type from a different build's base
The style of the custom tail must reasonably match the base's existing style
