I-1020: Rumlae

a strong and responsible Q'lin, rumlae is the head of the guards force in her town. she's observant and patient, but swift to action when a decision has been made. she excels at carefully examining all sides of an issue and weighing all the various pieces of evidence and experience against each other to reach the most ideal solution
she is firm, stern, and disciplined. she values loyalty and morality above all else in those under her command. insubordination and law-breakers aren't tolerated, but that doesn't mean she's cruel in her treatment of them. if one has served their dues and repented, she holds no ill will against them
despite her fierce and intimidating reputation, she is remarkably kind and generous. if there is something within her power she can do to aid someone, she will do it. 

in addition to her skill with traditional weapons, rumlae is also an incredibly skilled mage. her reputation as a spellcaster extends well beyond the borders of their settlement, and it's not uncommon for drakiri to come to her seeking guidance in their abilities
she's among the inner circle of strongest mages in their region, and so holds quite a lot of sway in critically important magical matters
