i'd like to buy a platinum random build legendary wildcard as a prize to raffle off

random build legendary wildcard: 45 + 30 for the platinum upgrade = 75, with the 15% discount applied = 63 arcanium

since its considered a gift even though the owner hasnt been chosen yet, it would be eligible for the buy one as a gift, get one free deal as confirmed by artha, though i plan to raffle both genos off
