deep sea error monster

It was a calm but very hot day by the ocean shore that had no sea creatures who could be on land there.  It seems the blazing hot sun just made this day a bit too hot and the very sandy shore too hot to lay on or walk on.  The galls that would be in the purple sky were just floating on the ocean water along with seals who had preyed on one of the galls and others flying off. 

Groups of seals seem to chase after the fish in the water as they avoid the heat from the sun. Schools of fish darted this way and that way as the seals went after them but the seals had someone watching them.  A black kelpie with skeleton markings. 

Grim found it odd the seals were feeding up here and not at the floor of the ocean but shook his head and pushed his worries aside as he swam around feeling the water flow over his fin ears and used his tail to push himself forward a few times. 

On shore two sister kelpies were heading back to the ocean where they call home and to cool off.  That had been out to be with their mother/father who was happy to have them over for a few days.  For them it was nice to be back by the water and to get out of the blazing sun heat. 

Aizza looks at the beach, seeing not a creature in straight but glare up at the sun as if it was her enemy. “Why do you have to make days like today not so fun to be on land?”  She shakes her head and hears her sister chuckling at her. 

“Aizzie you know we can’t control the sun so some days will be not so fun but it is odd that there no seals or galls here.  When he left a few days ago there were many here but it was like something scared them off but what?” Duana not asking her sister but more out loud. Her eyes look to the water to see the seals and galls there but not on the shore. “How odd.” 

Aizza looked to where her sister was looking and saw that. “Why are they just chilling in the water when they should be sunbathing on the shore?” she had a look of being confused as to what was going on. “Anyway, let's get into the water. I am feeling like pie over the fire oven you know.” she grins as she says that running for the water.    

Duana shakes her head as she watches her sister take off running but follows her into the water anyway as she jumps in making some waves as she did and saw a few galls look offended by her making waves but she just chuckles at that. “Aizzie, wait up.'' She dog paddles her way over to her sister before seeing her get pulled under the water and Duana dive down to see it was Grimshaw and swim over and bite his butt and see him let go of Aizzie.   

Grimshaw felt teeth in his butt side and kicked out only to be kicked in the face by Aizzie who was free from his jaws as he looked at Duana. “Hey i was just having some fun you know.” he looked at her and then at Aizzie. “Sorry if I hurt you I could not help but do that.” He saw the look on both sisters and knew he was in a bit of trouble for doing that. 

Aizzie sighed. “I can’t be mad at you Grim.” she laughs. “By any chance did you see what has got the wild life on edge?  We did not see a seal or bird on the beach shore and saw most of them at the surface.” she asked. 

Grim shakes his head. “No but I see what you're saying.  Even in the water the seals are not going to deep parts.  Something down there has them staying away and even now fish are not going down there.  How odd.” He looked at the other two but then looked down at the deeper part of the water and just stared down as if a face was going to show itself to him if he stared long enough.  

Nothing. Nothing moves down there or shows itself to him and Grim gut feeling grows more. “We are going to have to look into this ourselves as it seems like no one will notice but us.” He looks at the two. “So you up for this?” he asked both of them. 

Duana thinks about it but nods. “Well Aizzie you coming too?” she grins. 

Aizzie rolls her eyes. “Wherever you go I go and you know that.” she grins back and looks at Grim. “Shell we?” she asked. 

Grim nodded and turned to go dive but that was when he was met by a dracus kelpie face that was black saphira with fae horns that look like coral had grown from them with all kinds of colourful coral and fringe mane with kelp flowing from it as it eyes seem to glow witch made Grim freeze at the spot. He looked over the drakiri seeing its light blue scales that got covered by barnacles all over it scales.  Something caught his eye and that was the drakiri markings glitching out and were gone before coming back again.  

Duana puts her hoof in front of Aizzie, seeing her about to move to Grim side but stops her as she looks at Aizzie. “This could be the monster we are looking for.” she whispers. 

Aizzie sighed but watched and waited seeing this drakiri have mask marking along with panda and banding. That's when she noticed one marking showing up as if it had glitch out and was now coming back and it looked like sunkiss marking. It gives the dark blue of the drakiri body a warm purple. 

 Error stared at the black kelpie with skeleton marking blinking as it just stared. It saw the other two kelpies and then looked back at Grim and a low growl that had a static sound coming from it. 

Grimshaw did not back away now as he narrowed his eyes.  It was another drakiri with magic mutations? And it was them who scared the wildlife?  “Why have you come here and scared the creatures off who call this their home?” he asked his question.

Error looks at him. “Home?” he said in Grimshaw voice. 

Duana's eyes went wide. “How how did he or it do that?” 

Aizzie felt a chill run down her spine as she looked at Duana and then at Grimshaw. “Let's regroup and talk. I feel we may need to talk or something.”   

Error looks at Aizzie and then at Duana. “How what?” it asked. 

Grimshaw growls at the drakiri or something looking like one. “We are asking the questions here, not you.” 

“Grim.” Aizzie called out. “Let's back off and regroup. We have never seen them before.”  She had heard and seen drakiris with magic mutations who could be skilled in magic but she was unsure if this one had magic or if that would anger them or it if that would attack. 

Duana shakes her head. “Aizzie we will group up back up top.  Look, the seals are even gone and there no fish at all.  No wild life even.  That thing has scared off every creature here. I don’t even think it is a drakiri at all.'' She looks over at Grimshaw and Aizzie. “I just hope Grim does not piss it off.” 

Aizzie saw what Duana said and looked at the not drakiri that looked like a drakiri. “Wait, let's help him and not leave him alone with it.” She looks at Duana. 

Grimshaw looked at the two and had heard what that said and when he looked back at the drakiri it was a kelpie nightmare but it still had the same colour and same magic mutations everything was the same.  No wait, the markings that are glowing?  From what he could see it was firefly with runic. Along with splash.  “Umm you two seeing what i am seeing?” he asked. 

Before the other could reply, Error did. “You.” was what it said.”Home this is home.” it spoke now in Aizzie voice.  

Aizzie turned her head to see it was now kelpie mythic with the markings that Grimshaw saw.  “Can we go?  I am now not liking this and I feel a little freaked out.” hearing it using her voice just made her feel unsettled by it. 

“I do.” Duana shakes her head and closes her eyes and then opens them. Her skin crawls at seeing this and looks at Grimshaw. “Let's just go Grim, we can't do anything about this.”  

Error yet again spoke up but this time in Duana voice. “Don’t go. Don’t leave now.”  Error had it head to one side. “Stay and play.” Error moved beside Grimshaw like as if it was best friends. “Friend?”  

Grimshaw pushes Error and with no word swims away but looks at the two sisters. “Let go.” 

Aizzie and Duana needed no other words and followed him not looking back as the two sisters just followed Grimshaw and hoped whatever it was was gone for good later.
