a new start to life

Xahira lay under a tree not knowing what to do or if she should leave to look for others to met and hang out with but this was all new and a bit overwhelm for her. She let out a sigh as she let her eyes close but then open them when she heard something in the tree as she look up all she saw was a bird flying out and she look down. She was so on guard and spooked by stuff. She let her head down to rest and look down the path to see a another drak. Blue in colour she look like the dracus but small size almost like the sprite.

Lana hop jump over to Xahira as she had a big smile on her small face. "Hey you most be Xahira right?" Lana slow to stop. "Neamhaid will be joining us soon but she told me about you."

Xahira nodded her head. 'i am and you are?" she asked.

"I am Lana but you can trust me as i know Neamhaid and if anyone knows and are her friends or family then you can trust them. I am friend but hopping she can take me under her wing and mentor me along the way. you know like with are magic we got and learn about it but you not i guess?" she had her head to one side.

"Sadly no i just was force to use my magic." she look down clawing the ground."I was used by humans to make a forest over and over to let them cut down the trees for wood." She look up.

Neamhaid was behind Lana as she listen to what Xahira said. It seem so hard for her to talk about her life on that world but Neamhaid hops it would help let her come out of her shell and trust others around her. She needs friends to be there but seeing as Lana was one of there who want to be friend was good idea. "ahh Lana you met Xahira that good. Sorry if a bit late some times life can be busy." she laugh as she look at the two. "so why don't we go for a walk hmm?" Neamhaid look at the two.

Lana jump when Neamhaid spoke and heard her laugh but Lana just giggles. "Ahh good old walk to start the day i like the sound of that. Come on Xahira you will love it and the forest we will go too and maybe met others along the way."

Xahira had seen Neamhaid behind Lana as she listen to her and then Neamhaid. A walk in a forest and chance at meeting others? At first she was unsure but part of her told her she should and it will help clear her mind of things. She look at Neamhaid and nodded as she got up from where she was laying down.

Neamhaid lead the two down the path that seem to go on forever. "Others walk by her ever day so who knows who we will cross by but it get you to see your new home and see new friends maybe or will new faces." She was trying to take things slow with Xahira as she want to make sure she was not going to panic or run back home.

Lana on the other hand was checking out each plant that walk by even the mushrooms that grow here and there. "I know some could be use for potions or just helping with wounds or normal sickness. I plan to get to down each plant down to detail i think. i am thinking of being a healer or maybe garden and growing all kinda of plants to help others out." She look at the two.

Xahira look at her and blinked. "Like tea bags for tea?" she asked as she walk along side her. "I can be a testes tester if you need one." Being someone to test out if the tea was good or bad could be fun. 'I wonder what some teas would testes like." She smile a bit. "The herbs that would help for sickness and others being wounded would be good idea. I would like to know so maybe i will join you on that too."

Lana grinned as she jump around. "Yes you can join me. It will be a lot of fun and you get to learn about the plants here." as she talked a few draks walk by. some where nightmare or a mythic or primal. All of them where kind and give the Lana a nod and to Xahira. Lana watch as she look unsure or just maybe not use to many others. "don't worry there not going to hurt you." she stop and put her small paw on her shoulder. "Listen no one here will hurt you at all. as long as your with us ok?"

Xahira nodded her head. "It just feel like a dream you know. Like all of this is not real but i know it is and i am trying to tell myself i ma home and safe but then i feel like my eyes will open and i will be back in that world a slave to humans." She look at Lana. "Maybe i just need more time i don't know." She look at Neamhaid for help.

Neamhaid had stopped and walk over Xahira. "You are safe here with us and there no humans here who will take you back. Yes there are humans but most of them are good some not so much but that know batter to mess with me and there under my care." She give her hug. "You will be fine Xahira. You are part of this family and i know not by blood but by a bound i have with you. your like a daughter to me." Neamhaid smiles. "now let just take it easy on this walk shell we?"

Xahira and Lana nodded following Neamhaid on the path.

Xahira look at Lana watching her greet few other draks who walk by. She never thought she was part of something like this and tat it was this big. All that she could think about was that world she had been on with the humans treating her like a slave. "So what is it like here for you Lana and for you Neamhnaid?" Xahira asked looking at the two. "Seeing as you both grown up here and know stuff from what i can tell."

Lana pip up first with how much energy she seem to have. "It amazing if you tell me." she smiled. "So many other drakiri you can met. Then there magic or will the six Primal Aspects you will learn about as you grown you will learn more and more about them or for me that what it seems. Neamhnaid has so many books and scrolls you can study from and start there. Along with magic you can keep yourself safe from there humans who dare to taken you away." Lana was going to say more but was stop.

"Easy now Lana Xahira been trough a lot and does not need to be overwhelm by all that she could do or want." Neamhnaid look at Xahira. "She is right about the study part. I can help you with that if you would like to give it a go but if not take your time." she give her a smile.

Xahira listen as she walk and watch them but watch the forest around them. Magic she thought how much fun it would be to learn more of it but here with others. It was odd using it back on that world so dark and gloomy but when she use her magic there it did not feel right it felt dirty and not clean. "I would love too but right now i-i want to find my mother or father or both." she said looking at the two. "I don't know how hard it will be to find one of the other." she felt emotions storming in her heart at saying there words.

Lana had her head to one side. "Hmm will it may take a bit to find one of them but who knows that may end up finding you by your smell or if she remember what you look like as a young drak but do not worry sooner or later we will find one of them but remember if your not ready you can tell Neamhnaid and she can help you."

Neamhnaid nodded. "Finding one of your parents may give you joy but it can overwhelm you at the same time but remember one thing and that your heart will tell you when your ready to talk with one of them." she stop on the spot to see a hill with a cliff side and smiled. "I know i said we will go home but let just take a break here and enjoy the view." She look to Lana and Xahira hopping that would like this and want to enjoy it with her. She want Xahira to see more of her home and to know there was more then just where she lived.

Lana rush forward until she got to the cliff and look out as more of the forest seem to reach far out and she let out a wow as she wonder when this forest ends at. Then she did a hop jump when birds fly out of the trees and seem to sing a soft song. "ohh i know there birds. i seem to have one come to me at night when i can't sleep but it lull me to sleep with it one song. I don't know why i can't sleep at night from time to time." She seat herself down.

Xahira had watch her run off tower the edge of the cliff and was about to gasp and rush to save her but found herself laughing a bit. "She scared me thinking she would fall down but it good to know she can stop in time." Her ears flick up as she listen to what Lana said as she look up to see the birds flying off as she lay down."So it has a song that let you get to sleep? that is a amazing that it can do that." She love the view and could not help but smile.

Neamhnaid watch the two closely but let a smile slip on her muzzle as she thought about how she would find Xahira parent or both. Time will only tell.
