S-081: Billy

Billy's long lost his hearing to old age, not that it was ever very good to begin with. Spry and energetic despite his age, he plays up the 'cranky old hermit' stereotype to have some peace and quiet to himself, but he's actually very warm and friendly once he gets to know you. He's not the best at judging his own volume, but through a mix of magic, lip-reading, and adjusting to reading vibrations through his whiskers, you'd almost never notice that he's deaf.
