I-405: Hoarfrost

As fierce and relentless as winter and ice, this Drakiri's true name is unknown. Even if one knew his true name, they wouldn't dare utter it. Legend has it that Hoarfrost was betrayed and abandoned in the snow, where he froze to death, and now roams the land as a vicious and vengeful spirit, as wild and vicious as the most terrible blizzard. Others say that his heart was frozen by an evil witch, and all feeling is gone. Everything about this Drakiri is cold as ice, and some say he can freeze you with a simple stare from his burning, icy eyes. 

His entire body seems to put off a strange icy fog, like when dry ice is exposed to warm air.
