I-353: Luka

Luka is an absolute little bundle of trouble. Mischevous, playful, quick-witted, and always running from place to place, he's near impossible to keep up with. He is always seen with his partner in crime, his twin sister Lucy. He wears a little blue ribbon on his foreleg to tell him apart from her. Blue is his favorite color, and he is also the male twin. They love confusing people with their identical looks, and are known to cover for eachother. They have developed their own weird little twin language that nobody but them can understand, as well as having a telepathic link to eachother. Some suspect that these twins are actually one soul in two bodies, though nobody knows for sure.
