I-352: Lucy

Goes by Lulu or Luc sometimes.

Always getting into trouble at every turn, Lucy is full of energy, curious... and exasperating to keep up with. She is never seen without her twin brother, Luka. The two share a telepathic link, and a special twin language nobody else can understand. The only way to tell them apart is the ribbon kept tied to their forelegs. Hers is pink, to denote that she is the female. That, and she just really likes pink, despite being a rough and tumble little tomboy. She wishes her scales were pink instead of the soft blue that matches her brother's exactly.
