Owner of the local dango shop downtown, and the one responsible for all its adventures and misadventures in roadside hawking, magic and discovery. They're just a chill little guy, happy to brighten up your day with a little something of theirs, or simply by having a nice chat about life and the things that catch their interest and the usual day-to-day shenanigans. Other than that, they genuinely don't have many thoughts on many things.

Maybe it's better for them, that way. It saves brain cells for the things that truly matter in life, after all.
