Error-404: Drakiri not Found

Is it a Drakiri? Does it really exist? Nobody knows. Some have encountered this anomaly, and have even had children with it. But even that never happened normally. They always simply glitch into existance, often with numerous mutations and abilities and markings that are different each time. As if it's genetics are completely changing! Even those that seem to be its offspring are not at all related on a genetic level, only sharing genes if they have the same other parent.
